Northside Patriot electronic cigarette internal design

We are looking for a person to design, prototype, and possibly manufacture the internal components package for an electronic cigarette.

We are a company that makes custom designs for e-cigarettes. We have come up with multiple outer shells made from everything from wood to metal and glass. Our customers generally purchase the outer shells and then go out on their own to purchase the internal components. We are looking into offering pre-made complete electronic cigarettes for potential customers who don’t have the knowledge and/or ability to put together the internal pieces.

Design Basics

The internal components package would need to fit into a 3”(l)x2”(w)x1”(d) area, and include the following parts:

- Rechargeable lithium ion battery capable of up to 11 watts (at 6 volts), and at least 1100mAh

- Variable voltage regulator with a range of 3 volts up to 6 volts

- Small LCD screen that indicates voltage, resistance, and battery charge

- Push button switch

- Micro USB charging port

- 510 battery connector

Other Information

Due to the relatively small scope of production (an estimated 10-20 units per week), we have decided to go through an experienced individual as opposed to a larger company. Ideally, we would like the same person to design, prototype, and (if contracted) manufacture the package.

More design and manufacture information/qualification is available by request.
