Product Owner for customer platform

Dear freelancers,

We are currently looking for a Product Owner who has built state-of-the-art customer platforms before. Our client is a provider of complex B2B business services and the goal for this project is to:

-connect companies with their customers on one platform so that both parties can track the customer journey and can communicate in order to process payments

-improve customer experience through transparency

Your skills:

- proven experience in developing customer platforms incl. payment services and database connection

- knowledge in the area of data privacy and information security

- ability to draft and scope a solution that can be executed by a multidisciplinary team

Start is from now onward. First step is drafting/scoping and if desired, execution can be steered with the assistance of a technical team. This person should then also act as a communicator between stakeholders and teams.
