Project Description

I am looking to create a tradeshow traffic builder that can be used on an ipad at a tradeshow.

It will be parked on an unindexed landing page within our HubSpot marketing automation website platform.

Can you please show me examples similar to this type of work? Please confirm you can handle all aspects of this project.

The game player will complete a HubSpot contact form and hit submit. The programming must be written in CSS3, HTML5 or JavaScript (so it is browser compatible) to be able to embed into my website landing page and not have to be hosted elsewhere. The programming code will need to be able to pass a unique identifier (the email address) to the Spin and Win game after each player completes and SUBMITS the initial contact form. Then the player arrives at the game, pushes a button, the wheel spins and lands on a prize that the player wins. The code will need to appear to simulate randomization, but will actually have code that dictates this prize is a winner every fourth spin, for example, so the low dollar gift cards are given out more often and the more expensive prizes are given out only once per show. The game wheel will need to be "reset" after each tradeshow. (We will be using this over 7 times in the coming year.) A player with same email address could only play once. We would then need the programming to push the email address and the prize won from the spin and win game into a Google Spreadsheet so that I will be able to export it and then import it into the HubSpot Platform manually and tie it to each contact record created by the form. I need to feel comfortable that in hiring you for this, you truly understand how to move the information from one platform to another and can accomplish all tasks of this project. - (HubSpot to Spin Game to Google Spreadsheet)

The concept is to create a game that has a button you push and it spins a wheel with 6 photos of prizes and lands on one of the prizes you win. I can provide photos of each prize. It needs to have a way of weighting the odds of winning one prize over another, for example it will weight winning a $5 Starbucks gift card and $10 Amazon gift cards at 48% each and the other 4 more expensive gifts come up at 1% each per tradeshow.

You will need to tie each contact form submission to the result of that person's spin on the ipad, so that list can be exported following the show identifying the lead and their gift: i.e.

Mary Jones, ABC Hospital, 123 Main St. etc, winner of: Starbuck's gift card

John Applebee, DEF Hospital 456 Rosemont St, etc… winner of: Bose Bluetooth Speaker

This list will be used to follow up and send the prizes to the right person along with a thank you note following the tradeshow.

EXAMPLE: The interior page of this game: [url removed, login to view] is a close example of the type of game I'd like to create. We'll want to make ours different.

I'm open to some creativity to make this look game-like and fun.

Overall the contact form is filled out and redirect to a spinner game and the email associated with the contact form is tied to the individual’s play on the spinner game.

It must pass the email to the page to associate and identify it with a HubSpot contact record and the prize won. Then a thank you with the prize can be provided following the tradeshow.
