Hi! I'm looking for someone who could implement dynamic parallel lights + shadows (aka sun lights) in the GPL open source FTE game engine [login to view URL]
Engine right now supports only spot and omni lights. I need the opengl part for the parallel matrix + the GLSL part for the light diffuse + shadow rendering. I know exactly which part of FTE engine draws lights, so I can be of help for who want to take this job. Even hardcoded solution would be ok. Keep in mind that resulting code will be released under GNU GPL license because FTE engine uses that license. I don't mind if you copy paste solution from other open source engines (eg:like Tesseract), as long it's open source and it's legal.
