I am looking for a programmer who specialises in Arduino and or Plcs to develop a prototype or full design with a very economic controller for a machinery we produce. Plc/Arduino 1/Run ultrasonic distance sensor to report and display the level of a waste bin. 2/ air flow meter to advise current air flow in a duct and set alarm for high or low points 3/ smoke detector input and output to light and horn 4/ wifi log in to monitor parameters offsite 5/ differential pressure sensor with pascals display and high set point alarm 6/ scheduled service display 3/6/12monthly options 7/ output to shut down machine under different conditions 8/ automatic start input from remote switches 9/ output to start motor controller 10/ output to building management system (BMS),status, fault etc..

Dear Sir, I would like to contribute in your PLC project. My recommendatipon is to use Siemens S7-1200 PLCs or automation Direct ClickPLC for this work. All the listed monitoring and control functions can be readily implemented in these PLCs, including Ethernet link (which the Omron CJ1M lacks). Your field sensors should have appropritate transmitters (4-20 mA, or 0-10V). The Supervisory BMS needs to fetch data from this PLC through Modbus. I can provide you electrical schematics for the system, and also program the PLC. I assure you that it will be cost-effective and will require much less time to develop (compared to custom made embedded systems). Looking forward to an exciting project. Best regards. Yeasir Rahul
