CMS built in PHP, MySQL, phpmyadmin

We require a Content Management System built in PHP, MYSQL, phpmyadmin compatible with all browsers particularly Mozilla and IE, Opera, Safari, Mac (older and newer versions).

We are looking for a developer/team ideally either UK based or able to communicate easily on a daily basis. All code needs to be in UK English. Budget is up to $2000-2500. Timescale - to start once the designs are completed to be completed to be built within 3-4 weeks of commencing the project if possible.

We will provide the design concepts which will need to be developed into templates to meet AAA standards. We will provide details of the functionality required and will need input from the selected provider to create the final technical spec.

The CMS needs to include the following (more detail will be provided to the selected provider):

Headings, sub-headings need to consistent in size, positioning (CSS)

Home page and inner page templates to be created from concepts provided.

4 levels of navigation (top/1st, 2nd and 3rd, 4th level – all text navigation so can be changed).

Pages and page headings/sub-headings will be fully updateable including the top navigation text

Needs to meet all web standards for usability and accessibility

Register Globals off needs to be accommodated

Forgot password facility

Facility to add/edit/delete pages and create new sections

The administrator needs to be able to change the order of the pages viewed in all sections in the admin section

User to sign-in as a new or existing user. The system will store client details in the database.

Facility to add text and images (system to resize images to fit space provided on templates) and facility to add url links within the text or url links from/on an image, add email addresses

Ability in the text area to create tables, rows columns/format text as required similar to using Microsoft word WYSIWYG editor (to include spell check and access to the html). We have an example we would like you to adapt/integrate already used in a previous project.

Automated Site map (to be updated when a new page is added, deleted etc)

Facility to add meta data – title, keywords/phrases, description, meta tags for all pages.

Text size needs to be browser driven – increase/decrease using the browser settings (medium = default)

Be able to set up redirects from the navigation linking to another page in the site and link to other pages within the site from the text or by clicking on an image

All pages need to be print friendly e.g. portrait layout, text and headings only (all graphics and navigation removed. There is a print page text link on each page.

Next, previous, back to top links required on all pages. Next is to go to the next page in the sequence (through 1st,2nd, 3rd, 4th navigation). Previous to the last page viewed

Contact page enquiry form (form output emailed to both administrator and to the user). Acknowledgement page required.

Pages require internal links to other pages within the site to open as part of the site not in separate browser window

Need to be able to add links to external websites within the main text (these need to open in a separate browser window)

All Email forms – default arial font, font size 10, heading fields in bold & well spaced

Full registration system – capturing client contact details through login and generating order numbers etc. Able to export these details to marketing/in-house database - CSV. Edit/Amend/Delete these details

Add attachments/dowloads (multiple) with headings and descriptions to all pages to open in a separate browser window

Back to top required on all pages except home page. Home page to be non-scrollable on 1024 x 768 vertically and horizontally and all pages to be non-scrollable horizontally on 800 x 600 screen resolution

Facility to have/add more than one administrator and edit/amend/delete. Different authorisation levels/rights. E.g. right to upload documents or edit pages, view client information etc.

Administration system to be branded and laid out to complement and match the look and feel and colours used on the website with an emphasis on clean, professional, crisp, intuitive. Back/previous links required on all pages and all pages being printable.

Flexible loading / posting mechanism (i.e. flexible access levels and authority)

Approval process included as part of posting mechanism loading new/edited pages

Ability to create and display forms for enquiries / bookings / request for info / comments etc. Require acknowledgement pages and emails for all forms and the ability to set mandatory fields (email output can be adapted for each form)

Callback facility/form

Hover buttons from top navigation menu(text)

Send to a Friend" buttons to be specific to the page and not generic to the site

Ability to run animated demos (e.g. Flash) loaded as attachments.

Section with pages not linked to the navigation (blank template) to create pages can link to e.g. disclaimer page linked to from a url which could be in an email.

Designed/optimised for viewing on a mobile (images removed etc - mirrored site).

There are a few pages where a section of the page i.e. the content (not the page) which needs to be saved, archived and then reloaded at a later stage with the facility to edit/archive again.

A blog where users can post comments/feedback which is moderated by administrator.

Cloud tag as additional section/navigation just on home page with links to pages within the site - scored 1-5, ordered etc see [url removed, login to view] for an example (fully updateable)

In the admin system an authorisation/preview process when updates are made or a new page is created to preview the page before it goes live. I.e. level 2 creates the page, level 1 admin previews-agrees-uploads.

Updateable fields e.g. email address in the footer of the site template (defined in the content development stage).

Payment is upon project delivery once a test site has been approved and signed off. All code ownership is to transfer to us/our client once final payment has been made. We don't want to use any 3rd party tools which have annual fees attached e.g. form editor/creator tool.

As with our clients the agreement for support is that we expect our development parters to fix any bugs caused by their coding. However, should problems arise which are not down to coding should be dealt with on an issue by issue basis and may incur additional costs from you.

Before we start work on a project we always have a contractual agreement with our partners. In particular we request that all partners to work as us and not to contact our clients directly or use them or us as a reference or in any off or on-line marketing or promotion including any freelance work sites and that you do not disclose any project or client information on these sites when pitching for other work.
