Payment is upon project delivery once a test site has been approved and signed off. All code ownership is to transfer to us/our client once final payment has been made. We don't want to use any 3rd party tools which have annual fees attached e.g. form editor/creator tool.
As with our clients the agreement for support is that we expect our development parters to fix any bugs caused by their coding. However, should problems arise which are not down to coding should be dealt with on an issue by issue basis and may incur additional costs from you.
Before we start work on a project we always have a contractual agreement with our partners. In particular we request that all partners to work as us and not to contact our clients directly or use them or us as a reference or in any off or on-line marketing or promotion including any freelance work sites and that you do not disclose any project or client information on these sites when pitching for other work.
