A. From fully designed Illustrator art boards (all website design has already been completed by us), 2 desktop websites (also scaled for tablet) and 2 mobile websites are to be coded and programmed into templates that can be easily updated through Expression Engine (EE), a content management system. B. The first website (A) will consist of 1 desktop, 1 tablet (scaled from desktop), and 1 mobile smart phone website built. There are 18 pages we need built for the PC website and 8 pages we need built for its mobile website version. The tablet uses the same designs as the PC website, but is scaled to fit a tablet screen. The designs for the PC version of the website and the mobile version of the website are DIFFERENT.
C. The second website (B) will consist of 1 desktop, 1 tablet (scaled from desktop), and 1 mobile smart phone website built. All the pages are the same as the first website (18 template pages and 8 mobile pages), but the images, text, and video content will change. Also, one of the desktop pages (W4B Air Force Village Chapel) in website B can be easily turned on or off by us through Expression Engine.
D. Optimized images, logos, and text will be provided by us.
E. We have designed everything and will provide the rest of the templates and detailed instructions once we have narrowed the field on who is suitable for the job. We will also provide the PSD files if necessary.
F. The website will need and be using the Expression Engine Content Management System so we can update the images and text ourselves. Content management MUST be done in Expression Engine.
G. This project will require clear daily communication and a strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and CMS.
1. Basic Requirements needed from Developer
a. English Fluency a must
b. Experience with HTML, CSS, PHP,CMS
c. Daily communication of progress (Email or viewable progress on website)
d. Direct communication with programmer (English Fluency a must)
e. Examples of prior work samples of website and view of back-end Content Management System in EE
f. Ability to meet deadlines
g. Strong CMS background
h. Familiarity with SEO
2. Website Needs
a. Strong programming skills for easy to use Content Management System (Expression Engine)
b. SEO friendly website for very basic optimization of website & Blog (SEO will be done by someone else, but the website needs to be optimized for highest SEO key words architecture)
c. Google analytics setup
d. It must be easy to add pages, text, image, and video content to EE matrix in the future (i.e. Website must be able to grow and expand)
e. We also need a way to link-up, manage, and catalog our products/vendors pages to Google excel docs. It should be view able only to the admin and not to the public.
f. We will need a simply laid out and easily managed mobile website. Design is completed and will be provided.
g. Each page must load quickly and smoothly. The pages should not flicker while loading. See below for examples of efficient websites:

3. Deadlines and Payments - Please see attached document for full details on deadlines and payments.
b. A $700 payment will be issued upon 50% completion of desktop website A and mobile website A.
b. A $700 payment will be issued upon the full 100% completion of desktop website A and mobile website B
c. Final payment of $600 will be issued upon full completion of second clone - website (desktop, tablet, and mobile website included).
d. We also want 90 days of free maintenance for any problems with the website or Expression Engine such as loading issues, glitches, EE management by Martin, etc.
