I require some help in setting up a project management software tool or job planner, you can help me in choosing what will be suitable, and then I require support for up to an hour a day on how to use the software, and how to manage the tasks.
I don't have time to teach myself, so this will be training as I work.
In the beginning I will explain to you what tasks I have coming up, and you will enter the tasks, allocate them into the software as required. I will follow you and learn as we go, and I will begin adding, checking etc. and you will check my work.
I will need to learn how to share the information with others as well.
When we begin, I might need 2 hours a day for the first 3 days, and it will become less after that, maybe.
For this job, you will need to base it on 5 hours per week, for a period of 5 weeks as a 25 hour trial period. - If it is less than this, you will be paid for the full amount. If it is more, you will get paid more.
