We would like to review how we work actual and we can work more efficient in the future.
Actual we are working with a lot of software that are not working fluent together.
(1)To analyze our business prozess in all steps and make clear suggestions.
(2) Find a software (ERP) soltion that fits our requirements. The detailed requirements are the summaries from your part(1) of the job.

How we would like in the future:
One solution that integrates: Email, projectmanagement with milesstones, accounting, crm, calculation/Invoicing,
connection to our website (if a client want to order online), small warehouse, sharing documents and DMS option?.
In addition we would like to give an access to our clients to see and download the documents like invoices, latest designs and let the clients see how far their project has already moves ahead.
