I am searching for a tool to build website specs.
I have a plan for a big portal in a word document, and now i need to send the client the chart with all the pages, and i need to send the programmers and designers the description of site and page funcionalities.
What are the best tools out there to create these documents?
It would be good also to create this in some sort of web 2.0 tool where the programmers/designers could log some notes etc...something like a website project manager online. Not sure if this exist.
