I am seeking an experienced event planner to develop, arrange, manage, and facilitate an International conference with a focus on Procurement and Supply Chain in business. The conference will be a hybrid event, with both in-person and virtual components.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in event planning, specifically for conferences with both in-person and virtual elements

- Ability to coordinate logistics for a large number of attendees, with an expected count of more than 200

- Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure a smooth execution of the event

- Knowledge of the business industry and ability to curate relevant content and speakers

- Proficiency in utilizing technology and virtual platforms for a seamless virtual conference experience

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Prior experience in planning and managing hybrid conferences

- Familiarity with event registration systems and virtual conference platforms

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors, sponsors, and speakers

- Creative and innovative mindset to deliver a unique and engaging conference experience

- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Develop procedures for the international conference

• Develop a marketing process and set up invitations to organizations, individuals, and professionals

• Meet with us on a web page created specifically for the conference

• Market to various business schools and universities all over the world to submit proposals for presentation at the conference

• Facilitate how proposals for presentation will be organized, accepted, and published

• Create flyers, and marketing tools for the event

• Assemble speakers, guest speakers, and presenters

• Work with us to arrange for registration, payments, and visits

• Discuss other modalities that would help with success with us.
