I have a simple assignment for managing simple projects subject that I don't have time to do it.
Scenario is literally 2 paragraphs saying "you have an assistant. you have that budget. You are assigned to set up Windows 7 image for the company. you work X hours each day, bla bla bla.." Tasks are such as;
- A scope statement
- Project constraints
- Cost, time, HR initial estimates
- Management techniques (what you do in order to control schedule)
- Some report names that can be created by MS Project
- Summary of tasks and subtasks
Those are will be handled by me but I need clear "summary of tasks" from you for that..
- Work breakdown structure
- Gantt chart
I believe entire work can't take more than half a day with all the coffee breaks and everything and it shouldn't spread to more than couple of pages. Price here is approximate, I will pay for the final outcome that I usually pay better than it should be.
Small money but easy work.
