Job Description


• Understand CEPL

• Company vision and mission and objectives

• General Administration Selection and Recruitment

• Maintaining and organising personnel records

• LMS-based upskilling of personnel

• Establish internal management communication and procedures, including email management.

• Payroll (salaries and compensation)

• Attendance monitoring

• Employee well-being

• Site office administration

• Grievances and complaints

• Competent IT and numerical skills


• Comply with the workforce plan in tandem with corporate growth estimates and project-based requirements.

• Create training modules for several projects.

• Facilitate the operation of all site offices

• The individual in this role would report to the Director.

• Report to Management

• Improvise Ease in doing business, Streamline the Project Management, Establishment of site, Strategy in finding right resources, Experience in Infra space

Scope of Work

• Setting up and managing an HRMS

• A clear understanding of the project

• Infrastructure

• Legal compliances

• Concurrent compliance with the company's EPF, ESI, and other certifications

• Asset management (vehicles, equipment, machinery, offices, factories, collateral, IT infra)

• Expense management (fuel, travel, accommodation, food, advertisement, media)

• CEPL Organogram, duty assignment chart, and hierarchy

• Company profile and presentation based on most recent accomplishments

• Formulating company policy

• Run an OHE project - 10 days

• Design HRMS process – 12 days

• Design payroll – 10 days

• Company vision and mission and objectives – 10 days


• All kinds of letters – fine tuning existing and preparing new ones where required

• HR Policy and Process document (SOP), Communication Policy. Information reporting Formats etc.

• Onboarding, Ongoing and Exit documents

• Email templates for all process

• Employee personal and professional details tracking file

• Organization Structure

• Restricted editing rights

• Form Designing

• Configuration of all required auto-triggered process, actions, workflow

• Link document with OneDrive / Google Drive

• Timesheet configuration

• Leave policy configuration

• Software SOP


• Annual CTC grade structure

• Which can be easily updated to cover inflation or average increment

• Linked with Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Compensation structures

o auto calculated; just need to follow 2-3 steps

o Structure might be more than one depending upon the requirement

o All Statutory compliance will be covered with maximum benefit to the company and easily justifiable to employees for Tax benefits

• Pay slip format

• Restricted editing rights

• Configure payroll structure in the tool

o perks will be configured

o Auto separation of compensation inline to excel by adding CTC is not possible to configure in every payroll software

• We can have structure auto calculated structure in Excel only. At the time of new entry, required compensation details can be added easily / quickly inline to excel

• Configuration of auto calculation of statutory and other

• required deduction the inline to Compensation structure

• Auto generation of statutory forms

• Auto email for pay another requirement (if any)

• Consistently hiring outstanding personnel, including pre-entry screenings and post-exit requirements.

• Performing essential administrative tasks.

• Using Tools and Software, as well as training personnel, to au

• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems)
