This online publishing system has a state-of-art technology to handle manuscripts from submission, editing, peer review, copy editing and production processes. It currently hosts 11 scientific journals, scheduled for monthly publication. Presently, we are seeking for a dedicated managing director to run the system.
1-Monitor and fastrack the flow of manuscripts through online virtual offices of Editors, Reviewers and Production, for all the hosted journals.
2- Work towards acquiring ISBN number for some journals.
3-Appoint competent managing editors for few pending journals.
4-Appoint a marketing manager who will regularly update the mailing list with potential authors.
5- Prepare a short weekly report.
6- In extreme cases , he may undertake the review of some papers in order to speed up their publication.
7-Develop and implement strategies for the growth of the system.
He is expected to work for at least 2 hours online daily (at his own convenient time).
A Ph.D degree is preferable, but a Master degree may be considered. The following features will be required:
- Experience in scientific papers preparation and publication,
-Leadership skills and managerial experience .
-Genuine dedication and commitment for the job.
