I'm looking for an Executive Assistant to handle a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 20 hours per week. The main tasks will include: - Email and Correspondence Management: Be responsible in managing my emails, filtering important ones and responding to them accordingly. - Personal organization: This requires you to assist me with daily tasks that optimize my time and productivity. - Customer Care: You'll have to occasionally interact with our coaching clients ensuring their experience is satisfactory. An ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have experience in admin roles, and be well organized. A background in customer service would be an advantage as you'll be dealing with our coaching clients from time to time.
