Greetings to all;
I am in need of proofreading/editing of a ~104,000 word sci-fi book. The winning bidder will correct all grammatical errors present and should be comfortable editing colloquially-driven back-and-forth style dialogue. Experience in the sci-fi genre is not required -- nor necessarily sought -- but readily verifiable past fiction book/novella-based editing is a must.
Because of the nature and style of this book ONLY native English speaking bidders will be consider. Non-native speakers will simply find the American style dialect too foreign to properly edit. Lastly, while proper proofreading is an art, and art cannot be rushed, this project is on a timeline and as such preferential consideration will be given to those bidders who can complete the job sooner rather than later. Feel free to contact me with questions.

I have editorial experience with The Missouri Review, The Center for Literary Arts, and The Mill. I'm quite comfortable with colloquial language and would enjoy editing your book.
I have an undergraduate degree in English Literature, and am a fan of the genre. My favorite science fiction authors are Arthur C. Clarke, Ray Bradbury and V.C. Andrews. Let's talk soon.
I am a native English speaker with a bachelor's in journalism. I have proofread pages for newspapers previously and would be interested in working with you on this project.
