I have a rough draft of a potential law review article. I need to essentially develop the arguments in the article and create a more polished draft. The article currently has 22 pages and 60 Bluebook footnotes. If I accept a bid I would like to do a short test run (i.e., have the winner make some minor edits and revisions) to insure I have the right candidate. The article is on an interesting civil rights issue. I would like to expand it to at least 35 pages when complete.
