Looking for a native English speaker to proof-read 80.000 words on e-Government. The text has been corrected in terms of content, spelling and language structure by the authors, but needs to be reviewed for commas especially. The task should be fairly easy for an experienced person. Of course any spelling errors and inconsistencies found during reading should be noted and/or corrected.
The reviewer must use "track changes" in word, so that the authors can see what has been changed. The document will be delivered in MS Word format.
This is a fairly urgent task, the review must be complete by Monday 26th of October.

I'm very quick and thorough, and immediately available. I can meet your deadline for $380, which would include a light edit for spelling, grammar, and consistency, with special attention to comma usage.
