Format book and publish on Amazon

Hello, I realize that the budget may be light. Feel free to put in what you think is realistic! THANKS!!! This is a really neat project with a great artist! Can set up a contract where we pay some to start, then mid-way, then final payment when done. (my name is Kimberly West) I am an artist's partner and informal "book shepherd." I need several items completed for a new book she wants published on Amazon. You will be communicating mostly with me. This could be an ongoing situation and we would like to partner with someone who is in our time-zone Pacific Time on the West Coast if possible. It's a collection of 50 images in a PDF and apx. 24 pages before the images. So apx.74 pages total. She will give you basic ideas of what she needs. We are looking at 8 x 8 standard color inside pages, soft cover/gloss, one sided. You would be responsible for the 24 pages before the images and combining them into one pdf for Amazon. Print formatting per Amazon Set up sales avenues on Amazon Must have an Amazon account Also, there could be an opportunity to maintain this book. You would basically be the publisher and she would be buying author copies. But you would be more of an equal partner, not a vendor. Also you would be maintaining the book and getting all online orders. She teaches an ongoing class that she orders several copies about 3 times a year. Also others can order online and you are free to do marketing (with her permission) to sell the cool book to others. initial print run 50, then 100, then 200 what would it cost her for each run? you keep your portion.
