Adapt old Python code for Philips Hue to work with new version of Google Voice AIY on Raspberry Pi3

I have a Google AIY Voice Kit that I have put together which is running Google Assistant. I also have a Philips Hue lighting system I would like to control by voice. I have a guide which shows how to control Philips Hue with the AIY kit, however this guide is based on an old version of the Google Assistant API. The new version is structured completely different.

I have no coding experience and I need someone to look at the code in the guide and somehow adapt it so that it works with the new version of Google Assistant API. For someone who knows what they are doing I don't think this would take more than half an hour.

I will provide the link to the code that I need adapted and provide access to my Raspberry Pi remotely via VNC server.

This is a time sensitive project and needs to be completed within 24 hours.
