I currently have a set of scripts that does all that I'm asking for, however, it does it in steps.. I need it to do them one after another with one command, currently, I have to run four commands in a step process.
Videos get downloaded
-- Upon completion of the downloaded mp4 or flv the script will activate... and it will...
----- ffmpeg (-copy) function the video into another directory.
----- delete the old video file
----- once in the directory the script will create a thumbnail contact sheet of the video.
----- ------ I will review the contact sheets, deleting some of them....
----- ------ I will run a command in ssh that will then do the following...
----- ------ ------ If the video still has a contact sheet it will then move that video to another directory.
----- ------ ------ If the video does not have a contact sheet it will then delete the video file.
----- ------ ------ Once video is in another directory it will RSYNC to another server.
----- ------ ------ Once RSYNC is completed it will delete all videos and video contact sheets it has created.
Here is a copy of the bash scripts I have to that currently does this, but it's not a combined effort, it's me running a command in ssh process 1, once finished me running command 2, process 2 starts/completes and repeat... i want to make this as automated as possible.
I will provide the three scripts I have that currently does this, I just need them combined so that once a video has downloaded a "post process" will occure to that completed video... Then I can log in, ssh one command and the rsync and delete process starts....
