Complete a Simple Digits Classifier Neural Network in Python

Need help implementing a simple feed forward neural network that classifies hand written digits. Project is already almost fully implemented. Interested persons send me a PM and I will share with you detailed instructions and code template I will like you to tell me your estimated delivery date after reviewing the files. All required files and data set are included. The python package must be able to run using the run script without additional modules or imports. No addition of modules or imports is allowed. No addition of code outside of indicated areas is allowed. You must comment with explanations inside your script on the areas you have edited.
