Computer Vision Finger and ear ring overlaying on live video

Using the mediapipe library in python, I need to create a system that allows you to overlay objects on a finger as well as ear. This would be used to try on jewelry. There is an example code here: [login to view URL] for overlaying objects on top of the face and also a youtube tutorial here: [login to view URL] for detecting fingers in an image. The goal would be to utilize both of these examples to detect the ear and places earrings on and use the finger tracker to identify someone's finger to place a ring on.
