Create a custom report using data processing in Python

Background

This data processing is for an experiment in kids fitness.

This experiment is trying to create an evaluation report for how the kid is doing the particular exercise.

To do this you have been provided some input csv files (these files have processing outcomes from 1 particular kids exercise video) and have to implement some rule based processing logic to evaluate the exercise and create the report.

For this purpose, you are provided the outcome of two models (you do NOT need to run any models; output is provided):

Model_1 Critical Pose: Identify the kids position in every frame

Model_2 Human Pose: Identify the kids body points in every frame (human pose)

The frame by frame outcome of these 2 is saved in CSV files.

This task begins from this point.

Input

You are provided the following inputs:

Videos

In_Vid_1: Input exercise video

CSV files:

In_FIle_1: Identified critical poses (outcome of Model_1) in each video frame (1 line is 1 frame)

In_File_2: Identified Human pose points (Outcome of Model_2) for every frame (1 line is 1 frame)

In_File_3: Exercise assessment rules

In_File_4: Parameters of program execution

Desired Output

The desired outputs are the below:

Videos

Out_Vid_1: The same exercise video augmented with some text

Each frame should have the following written on top of the frame:

Frame number

Total Vertical Jump Counter (1,2,...)

Vertical Jump Pass Counter (1,2…)

Dataframes

Out_DF_1: Frame by frame assessment outcome (sample CSV is attached)

Out_DF_2: Frame by frame outcome of vjump repetition detection (sample CSV is attached)

Out_DF_3: Assessment outcome for each detected repetition (sample CSV is attached)

HTML report

Out_REP_1: An HTML report of the assessment

Expected Deliverable:

Python code (that will generate the above outcomes:

Output videos, dataframes and HTML report are saved in ‘./tmp/’

Unit test report (UT_1).

This has to be manually prepared. This is to make sure the logic is correctly implemented. Sample is attached.
