Create a Dynamic GUI List using Tkinter

I would call a Linux command say for example "ll" and I need the output of that in form of a Tkinter list which should be clickable and get the text of the entry I clicked

e.g. this is the output of "ll" I need the list to look like

-rw-r--r-- 1 hades user 33 Oct 22 09:26 [login to view URL]

-rw-r--r-- 1 hades user 15968 Nov 30 03:33 [login to view URL]

and the GUI should look like this

hades user 33 Oct 22 09:26 [login to view URL]

hades user 15968 Nov 30 03:33 [login to view URL]

When I click on any of the items in the list about I should get the whole info in form of a list

[hades, user, 33 Oct 22, 09:26, [login to view URL]]

The whole thing is not specific to just one command, it has to be generic

I have a piece of code that I am working so we would work on this parallelly. While I work on some other stuff, I would want you to complete the task above, attached the file below
