Role Description:
As alterC's Software CTO/Lead Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our product development and roadmap. Your leadership skills will shape our engineering team, while your technical expertise will drive our product forward. From crafting seamless front-end user interfaces to developing robust back-end services, you'll ensure an exceptional user experience across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
Redefine the future of digital manufacturing through innovative products and services
Lead and inspire a team of talented individuals
Make critical decisions that directly impact our core business
Navigate the intersection of various complex disciplines
Be fully engaged in all aspects of the company's operations
Requirements:
= Python, React & Flutter
Proven experience in building successful businesses, preferably in the technology sector (entrepreneurial experience is a plus)
Expertise in creating multi-disciplinary technology products
Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Determined to go above and beyond, from developing cutting-edge technologies to forging strategic partnerships and driving sales
