Django: Reconfigure MySQL connection

Dear Developer,

For some reason we have lost the configurations for the django app with db. The DB works fine and can connect via other python scripts.

Now we get the error on trying: python3 [login to view URL] makemigrations

error:

File "/usr/local/lib/python3.8/dist-packages/pymysql/[login to view URL]", line 619, in connect

raise exc

[login to view URL]: (2003, "Can't connect to MySQL server on '[login to view URL]' ([Errno 111] Connection refused)")
