Docker/Algorithms. Enable batch addition/removal of algorithm image matching index files

The Dockerfile and installation instructions are @ [login to view URL] The source code has flaws, so compiling from source is not recommended. Ability to work within Docker is essential.

The task is to adapt the existing code to introduce the ability to add/remove batches of images from the indexing files used in image matching. Indexing files include the following: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], train_hamm.v2bin. The clusters will prove especially tricky.

Create new Dockerfile & any necessary code / updates to existing code to make this possible.

At the moment, if we index 1000 images and want to add 200 more, we have to reindex the full 1,200 images. If we want to remove 5 images, same deal. Having the capability to easily add/remove batches of images is essential for what we are trying to do (non-commerical, research based).

Further work on this project *may* be available for anyone who takes the time to familiarise themselves with it (on the frontend mainly).

The code is not ours, but our policy will be to make everything available open-source via their Github site (at a time of our choosing - with due acknowledgment of those responsible).
