Image stabilization

We have a video server which stores a video in slices of half second mp4 files. The output of this project is to run an image stabilization library on some set of these clips, and make the result accessible at a url. So, something like: POST /stabilize { clip: "Mn6msl0cB9Y", start: "0:30:000", end: "0:35:500", } which would return a job id, and then GET /stabilizations/:id JSON { frame: { "0:30:000+0": { "quad": [-0.1, -0.2, -0.1, 0.1, 0.003, 0.001, 0.0, 0.0], }, "0:30:000+1": { ... }. "0:30:000+2": { ... }. } } Where quad is some representation of the 2d translation required to align the frame to the stabilization track. PART 2 The stabilization is also used to generate a new set of mp4 shards. These would be accessible at a new url, so if /shards/Mn6msl0cB9Y/660 is an original shard then /shards/Mn6msl0cB9Y-blahblahsomestabilizationid/660 is a new (zoomed and stabilized) shard.
