Looking for a Word Macro to extract contact information from a Word Document and save it in a IBM Lotus Notes database. Macro from Word to extract FirstName, LastName, Email, Phone Number, Job Title, if there is an address then Street Address, City, State, Zip and put those fields into an IBM Lotus Notes document into the respective fields. I will give you the field names or locations from a UI perspective. Lastly save this attachment on that same Lotus Notes document.
Alternatively it can be done as a Lotus Notes agent and a button where it asks for which Word document to select and then parses the above information from that Word document and creates a Notes Document in the current database. One at a time. This is not a batch function.
