Plane Seating Algorithm (Python)

Hello!
I need an urgent help to solve the plane seating algorithm.
The task is to create a simple command-line program which will assign seating for groups of
passengers. The program should assign passengers to empty seats as close to the front of the
plane as possible. The program should also prefer to assign a group to a contiguous block of seats,
where possible.
This is about 3hrs work if you are an expert at algorithm.
I have attached the pdf file that has detail explanation.
