cv2 python fruit count

I need a Python program that can create an excel file after processing some images with the following information.
This will be the process.
1- Folder with several images of trees with fruits.
2-Python program should read coordinates and date of the image
3-The program should search and count all the fruits of the image and circle out them. save image on a different folder (processed images)
4-The program should create an excel with the information:
Col1: Image name
Col2: date
Col3: coordinates
Col4: Fruit count

I will need this system for one fruit but in different stages.
1st stage of the fruit: Very small and green.
2nd stage of the fruit: Bigger size and full green.
3rd stage of the fruit: Big size and full brown.
Attached you can find a sample, (that will not be the final fruit or tree, but it is similar)
