Python to take and manage Oanda trades

Job Description:
I'm looking for someone to help me automate taking my trades on oanda
I would like to have a python script that's run from the command line that take 5 parameters:
1) the instrument being traded
2) percent of account to risk
3) the ATR multiplier for stop loss
4) 1st risk to reward multiplier
5) 2nd risk to reward multiplier
The script needs to cater for all forex pairs and indices.
The stop loss will be based on the ATR parameter (with 14 bar time period), the timeframe can be hard coded and will initially be 5 mins
Once the first take profit is hit then stop loss is set at break even (inclusive of fees) and close 50% of the trade.
Once the second take profit is reached then the trade is closed.
