Script or application to read GRIB2 DATA from NWS server and output maps

I need an application, or more likely, a script that can read grib2 data files on the NWS server ([login to view URL]) and output the maps in PNG format. I need to have the ability to customize the script/app so I change the colors and styles of the maps, add shapefiles, choose which variables to plot, and tell the script/app which models and files I want to download as well as the typical settings like dimensions of the PNG to be saved and location to save the exported file, etc. Once I have it set up and configured, I would like it to be able to run automatically. I would also likely be running more than one instance simultaneously, so a script would be preferred.

This application or script can be in whatever format is convenient and easy for me to edit, but it needs to be able to run on a Windows 10 system.
