Social Media Scraper (parse stock tickers)

Need a Social Media Scraper to scrape content and do a keyword parse.
-Should store data into database for fast retrieval not being bound by API limits
-Should self regulate speed of API queries to prevent API limits from being exceeded
-Should aggregate metrics on a per user basis, such as replies, likes, popularity
-Should be able to parse ticker
-Should be able to plot a trend line of a user’s popularity over time (by platform)
-Should be able to plot a trend line of a keyword over time (by platform)
-Must be written in python
-Code must be commented
-Code must use clean naming conventions
-Natural Language Processing a plus to determine if the comment is positive or negative
-Key platforms to scrape: Reddit, Twitter
