As a newbie developer, I currently try to develop a couple of small web-based projects, but often get stuck to some tough points where I have to pass unnecessarily hours, even days to find proper solution. In that regard, it would be better for me to work professionally with an experienced software developer, consultant/co-programmer, in other words, more frankly, with a tutor, body, or coach.
The projects that I try to develop are, in fact, not for commercial purposes, but they are rather for self-development and educational purposes. Therefore, I will try to develop the most parts of my projects myself, but if I fall into a bottleneck or in a complex problem that can not resolved on my own, I will ask for his/her comment, consultancy, and furthermore his/her coaching and directions.
As I try to explain my expectation above for that cooperation, it is not a direct coding/programming role, but it is rather an coaching/assisting mission to an inexperienced developer in many aspects such as designing, developing, testing, integrating, deploying some small projects.
