Telegram Python3: Warn users in channel

The main script is called [login to view URL] and the token of the Telgram bot is located in a config.py. The Warning script will be a seperate file called [login to view URL]

Besides the main script [login to view URL] I would like to have a separate .py file name for the warn system for the channel. In the channel you can give users 3 warnings and after the 3rd warning the user will not be able to post messages for 30 minutes (only admins can give warnings to a user). There will be a message in the channel that the user has been warned for x of 3 times.

Command will be “/warn <user>” (give user a warning 1 of 3) or “/rewarn <user>” (remove warning) and “/ban <user>” (ban/kick user from the channel).

Users cannot post links or files in channel these will be blocked automatically and a message will send. “Placing links or files are not allowed in this channel!” Something like that.

Script can be placed in the warn/ban file or in the [login to view URL] file.
