Ukrainian, Russian and English into syllables - script

I need a script that will divide any text in Ukrainian, Russian and English into syllables. The syllables should be divided with "++ --" symbol. The number of lines of input files and output file should be the same. Maybe this one can come in handy as help [login to view URL]
The script should work in Ubuntu linux and abble to process 1GB+ sized files with plain text in them encoded in UTF-8. Output should also be in UTF-8.
Please work and deliver script in google colabolatory notebook.
