Use AI for training Video analytics model

Seeking a skilled AI developer to assist with training a video analytics model. The purpose of the model (we already have) is object detection, anomaly detection, tracking etc. I have some annotated dataset available for model training. Currently we are doing this process manually with our software model. As for the preferred AI framework, I am open to suggestions and would appreciate the developer's expertise in selecting the most suitable framework for the project. Please use Python as our preferred IDE, any other will require some convincing from you.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong background in AI and video analytics
- Proficiency in object detection techniques
- Experience with ChatGPT, Bart, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI frameworks (please specify with explanation)
- Ability to analyze and interpret video data at high speeds.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and models
All the source code, supporting docs will be supplied to us by you. Include some time for knowledge transfer, support etc. to us, so we can maintain system. If milestone payments are desired, please submit a list with %. Payment will be released after all source codes are submitted are approved by us.
