Web Image Scraping

I am looking for a script (python, bash, perl, or PHP) that will scrape an ebay search results URL and extract the full size images and text description of the listing. Each file should be named with the title of the ebay listing, followed by a two-digit number, the text description should be located in a similar .txt file.
So for example, ebay URL:

Would extract each image of the 900+ listings, so the first listing would result in files named:
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]

I believe ebay descriptions can be extracted via their URL format below, but you may have more success scraping the body of the main URL and finding the <div id="desc_div" class=""> object, I am not sure.

Script should take into account some sort of timing delay so as not to blow up the bandwidth or get blocked by eBay.
