WhatsApp Bot for hostel sales and customer service

I am looking for a developer to create a WhatsApp bot for our hostel's sales and customer service. The bot should have the following features:
- Booking and reservation capabilities: The bot should be able to handle booking requests and reservations from customers. We have multiple properties in different locations in bangalore
- Customer Service: Every customer who check ins should be sent an automated message and all complaints to be processed here
- review: all reviews requests to be sent
- payment : payment collection to be automated
We do not have a preferred programming language for the bot, so the developer can use any language they are comfortable with.
The expected volume of customer interaction is low, with under 50 interactions per day.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Experience in developing chatbots or similar automated systems
- Knowledge of WhatsApp API and integration
- Proficiency in a programming language suitable for chatbot development (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Familiarity with payment system integration would be a plus.
