word count project (simple)

This is a simple project, but it is urgent.
Pick up the keywords from the given files (10 files).
Each file has only 1 column, so you never miss it.

count the numbers of keywords (not duplicated)
there are ten files.

pick up the top 5 frequent keywords for each file.
output example on text
file, keywords, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
1_BAL_HU , 50, aaa,bbb,ccc,ddd,eee
1_BAL_ML , 35, aaa,fff,ccc,eee,bbb
...
[WORK3]
count the numbers of keywords (not duplicated) through all of the files
pick up the top 10 frequent keywords through all of the files.

All, 120, aa,bb,cc,dd,ee,ff,gg,hh,ii,jj
You can do this manually on excel, python, R, and so on.
Using R is best for now, but it is no limited.
