Writing Automation Data analytics & visualization script + source code

Hi,
I have attached sample data of real estate deals in Saudi Arabia Riyadh city.. and I want the script contains these requirements:
1- The ability to import 2 xlsx files ( so I can compare between them later )
2- rename all the columns to the following:

'تفاصيل الصفقات المخطط' : ' Block_no ' , 'تفاصيل الصفقات الحي' : "Area" , 'المدن المدينة' : 'City' }, axis = 1 , inplace = True)
* you can remove the TransactionID column
3- show basic info of the data such as ( Max value row)
4- show the top 10 Areas based on the:
highest Price_in_SR
highest Price_of_meter
Lowest Price_in_SR
Lowest Price_of_meter
the most "Area" that has deals ( based on the duplicated Area )
5- make a comparison to the previous month (rate of change) on the deals
6- make the script flexible and show commit to explaining the code and what it's doing
7- visualize the data
8- feel free to add any sort of analysis
9- Make a line of code to let me add the long & lat for each block & parcel and it's print out the map with the data as an output
10- Identify the outliers and the null data if there is any ( write a basic algorithm )
