Hey there, I have read your project description. Reading from CSV files is fine as long as it is formated similarly across the file. If the csv files are coming from an export of another system that should be ok. With respect to size we need to see how big this files are. I can make a module that calculates this dynamically i.e. with any new file calculations will be made automatically. Another important aspect is the format and output of this process that can be discussed further with you.
