Add basic functionality to ReactJS UI

I have a simple ReactJS web-site UI, and I need to add the following functionalities to this UI: 1) Add login/logout support. 2) When a user clicks on “Save”, the values should be saved in a MySQL database and they should appear after reloading a page or logging in/out. 3) Initially “Submit” button should be disabled until a user clicks on “Save” and the answers are saved successfully in a MySQL database. 4) When a user clicks on “Submit” button: a. It is necessary to check that all questions are answered, as well as the checkbox “I understand that submitting work that isn’t my own may result in permanent failure of this course” is marked. If any of questions is not answered, then the submission is interrupted, and the unfilled fields are highlighted in a red color. b. If the condition (a) is fulfilled, a notification should appear with the question “Are you sure you want to submit the answers? After pressing submit, you won’t be able to make a resubmission.”. c. If a user clicks on “Ok” in (b), then the “Save” and “Submit” buttons should become unavailable (grey colored), and a notification should appear “The answers are submitted successfully.”
