UX/UI frontend designer for Large product

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into an easy-to-use product for our clients.
We are only looking for the best. Moreover, someone that is highly passionate about design. You must have a strong track record of completing all tasks within budget and timeframe and must be picky about your work. We are looking for a real guru in their craft. This will be a long-term relationship as we will have many updates to the project.
This is a big project. This isn't a basic website ux/ui design project. You must have experience with large projects.
UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphics elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that include work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

13.) Pixel for pixel design - From the UI/UX to the product must be 100% perfect.

15.) Adobe Illustrator/Sketch
Plus to have:
1.) You have worked for HR companies
2.) Speaking Russian fluently is a significant plus
Continued Requirements:
The candidate must know how to work well in a team and have excellent time management skills. Give constructive and honest feedback based off of experience in their field and must be passionate about their work. Able to review current mock-ups and make solid recommendations.
