MAPBOX navigation SDK (IOS & Android) - customize existing RN package

We have an existing React Native app that has a custom GPS Navigation component based on the Mapbox Navigation SDK for Android & IOS.
The app guides the users through a route with multiple waypoints with the GPS.
We have a few bugs and features we cannot solve/implement.
- the current Route Leg is displayed above the following one. This makes navigation hard when the routes intersect
- add a "Skip waypoint" button
- remove the "Route overview" button
- add support for other languages: French & Dutch (if possible)
