Needs to hire 2 Freelancers
The individual will be responsible for the selection process (job posting, interviews, testing procedures), maintenance of employee records, research, training and other admin related tasks.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the below requirements:
- Must have experience in recruiting & headhunting
- Excellent communication skills & positive attitude
- Result driven. Should have the ability to pick the right person for the job.
- Willing to accept Part-Time ongoing role
- Willing to do admin related work, if needed
- Always connected via computer or mobile
- Able to use Skype/Whatsapp to make calls overseas.
- Can allocate minimum of 4 hours per day
- Available to work between regular working hours i.e. 8 am to 5 pm (Singapore Time) Preferred
