We are a HR services company with representation in 41 countries. We are looking for a freelance recruiter who can help with the work load of finding new self-employed partners in the Nordic and Baltic countries. You will be working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools. You will search, screen and conduct initial interviews, send ads and other materials, track updates and set up final interviews with the Country Manager for candidates who have stated a solid interest and want to work with us.
You need to speak a very good and easy understandable English for the interviews.
We offer a monthly fee for full-time work and a bonus for each candidate that starts working with us and a follow-up bonus when a candidate starts generating income. Let's discuss details about the setup and remuneration - lower fixed fee gives higher bonuses :-)
