We are a nationwide (US) consulting firm specializing in no risk, contingency-fee cost savings services. Industries include retail, manufacturing, municipalities and nonprofits (tax exempt organizations). Clients range from 20 – 500 employees, with annual revenue of $2 Million to $100 Million+. We are seeking experienced recruiters to recruit sales agents for local (face to face meetings) and virtual (Web & phone presentations) positions.
Preferred recruiters will be fast learners with attention to detail and comfortable presenting a service to candidates. Excellent written and spoken English is required, as recruiters will be responsible for locating, screening, and interviewing candidates. In addition to an intimate understanding of the service(s) that sales agents will be representing, they will also manage the sales agent enrollment process, including the addition of new services the sales agent will be representing.
Local and virtual recruiting channels include Craigslist and Freelancer. Respond with your qualifications, including successfully managing recruiting campaigns (job types, industry, recruiting channels, etc.) and recruiting collateral used or created. Virtual Assistant experience is helpful but not required. Please include email and US phone number (or Skype); respondents will be screened and qualified recruiters will be given additional information about the initial service sales agents will represent. The interview process will include role-playing the recruiting process.
This project will start as a part time position with a trial period. Recruiters may be offered a full time position with a sales volume bonus after a successful trial period.
